The importance of the steroid hormones brassinosteroids (BRs) in development and stress responses of plants is a major focus of our research. We are interested not only in the function of BRs but also in the mechanisms that regulate their homeostasis.

We use Arabidopsis thaliana as a model and employ diverse techniques of genetics, molecular biology, biochemistry and cell biology in our work.
