25.7.19, Time-resolved sequencing unravels the ‘life-cycle’ of miRNAs
The Ameres Lab (IMBA) revealed a comprehensive & quantitative view on the timescales and molecular features of miRNA biogenesis, loading, and turnover in living cells by employing the innovative transcriptomics method SLAMseq on small RNAs. Their work has just been published in Molecular Cell! Congratulation! Time-Resolved Small RNA Sequencing Unravels the Molecular Principles of MicroRNA Homeostasis. Brian Reichholf*, Veronika A. Herzog*, Nina Fasching, Raphael A. Manzenreither, Ivica Sowemimo and Stefan L. Ameres. Published 23 July 2019. *contributed equally
Congratulations to the whole Ameres Lab, especially to Brian for this successful publication just shortly after his PhD graduation
